Born in 1964, Guglielmo Bove graduated in Law in 1988 from the Federico II University of Naples. Since October 2020, the attorney has been the Central Director of the General Counsel, Corporate Affairs and Compliance of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group.

From June 2016 to September 2020, he was part of the Atlantia Group General Counsel (and Secretary of the Board of Directors) for Airports of Rome and Group Compliance & Security Director.

He was also Managing Director of the Atlantia Group’s engineering company from September 2019 until September 2020.

He worked for the Telecom Italia Group from September 1990 to May 2016, dealing with corporate affairs for a decade (with a range of responsibilities, including Secretariat of the Board of Directors, Corporate Operations and International Corporate Affairs). Within this context, he oversaw important extraordinary transactions including mergers, demerger, IPOs and acquisitions.

From 2000 to 2016, he was operative in Telecom’s legal affairs, taking on roles of increasing responsibility through to the position of Head of Legal Affairs for the Group’s industrial and business operations.

In 1989, he began working in business law for a financial institution.
