The Statute of the Holding Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane SpA defines the corporate purpose, the Company’s governance model and the main organisation and functioning regulations for the corporate bodies.

The existing Statute were most recently amended by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 29th November 2023 and entered into effect as of 25th march 2024.
