GHG Report 2023

FS Group towards Net Zero

Environmental sustainability is at the heart of corporate transformation in key areas such as technology, processes, reporting, and stakeholder awareness.
The transport sector is responsible for about 25% of global emissions. However, by committing to more sustainable modes, such as collective and shared transport, an ecosystem that can reduce environmental impact is being promoted.

The 2023 GHG Report

In 2024, as FS Group, we published the fourth edition of the GHG Report, a key document for analysing the environmental impact of business activities and assessing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and water use.

The 2023 GHG Report provides a detailed overview of:

  • How energy and greenhouse gas emissions are managed.
  • Corporate strategies adopted for sustainability.
  • Certifications obtained and results achieved.

Role of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)

The GHG report is based on the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) survey, a crucial tool that, as FS Group, we use to:

  • Monitor and evaluate the company's commitment to decarbonisation.
  • Reduce the impact of climate change.
  • Ensure a conscious use of water resources, preserving water quality and availability.

2023 Strategies and performance

FS Italiane continues to integrate the recommendations of the main international frameworks and standards. This year, the focus was also extended to water management, highlighting the Group's approach to sustainability.
