FS Italiane is active on debt capital markets through a medium-long term bond issuance programme (EMTN Programme) established in 2013 and listed on Euronext Dublin. In 2017 FS has established a Green Bond Framework in compliance with the Green Bond Principles issued by ICMA.

During 2023 FS Italiane also launched its Euro-Commercial Paper Programme.

Credit Rating of FS Italiane is assigned by two of the major credit rating agencies.
