The FS Italiane Group will be present at DigithON 2019, Italy’s largest digital marathon, taking place from 5 to 8 September in Bisceglie.

One hundred startuppers will present their project to an exceptional audience comprised of national and international investors, officials and executives of financial and multinational institutions, banks, investment funds, venture capitalists, along with small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane will be part of the scientific committee called upon to express an evaluation of the startups in the race—an opportunity for the Group to come into contact with innovative projects and discuss other important entrepreneurial realities.

During the digital marathon, the start-ups shall be evaluated in consideration of the market of reference, the team, technology, project status and—in particular—the degree of feasibility and concreteness of the business idea.

In addition to the startup competition, there will be events and meetings during DigithON with protagonists from the world of companies and institutions on the impact of digital on society and the economy.
