Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.P.A.: Standard and Poor's upgrades Rating To ‘BBB+’ with a stable Outlook  

Rome, April 18^th, 2025 – Standard and Poor's (S&P) has upgraded the Long-Term Rating of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. (FS) from 'BBB' to 'BBB+' with a stable Outlook.

This initiative is a direct consequence of the upgrade to the Rating of the Italian Republic - carried out last 11 April 2025 by the same Agency - by virtue of the methodology applied by S&P to the Rating of FS.

The Short-Term Rating was confirmed at ‘A-2’.
