Today, the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, chaired by Tommaso Tanzilli, resolved to set up board committees with investigative, propositional and advisory functions, to support the activities of the Board of Directors itself.
- Control and Risk Committee, composed of board members Pietro Bracco (Chairman), Caterina Belletti and Tiziana De Luca.
- Governance, Appointments and Remuneration Committee, composed of board members Franco Fenoglio (Chairman), Pietro Bracco and Loredana Ricciotti.
- Sustainability Committee, consisting of board members Caterina Belletti (Chairwoman), Franco Fenoglio and Loredana Ricciotti.
