Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane (“FS”) has signed today with Intesa Sanpaolo - IMI Corporate & Investment Banking a new euro 2 billion short-term loan agreement.
This transaction aims at increasing the financial availability of the FS Group as well as supporting the development and modernization of railway infrastructures.
