In view of the national elections for the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Republic, scheduled for Sunday, September 25, 2022, voters will be able to benefit from special reductions on train tickets for return trips.
There is an agreement between Trenitalia (FS Group) and other railway companies with the Ministry of the Interior that will allow voters to arrive in their constituency by taking advantage of a 70% discount - of which 10% is paid by Trenitalia - on High Speed, Intercity, Eurocity Italy-Switzerland trains, and a 60% reduction to travel with Regional trains at a one-way regional and interregional fare.
