Archeotreno in Campania

Get on board of this special train to visit Italian archaeological sites 

On 5 July the historic train will run from the Napoli Central Railway Station to Ercolano, Pompei, Paestum, Ascea, Salerno, Pontecagnano and Sapri. The Archeotreno Campania train connects Naples with the near archaeological areas of Pompei and Paestum, enlisted by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. Starting from Naples at 9.45 am, this special train runs along the Vevusvio coast. After a short stop in the Railway Muserum of Pietrarsa, it gets Pompei. Next stop in Cilento are Paestum, Ascea and Sapri where finally the train goes back to Naples. The arrival is scheduled for 7.35 pm.
