The FS Group considers diversity a valuable resource, a competitive advantage and a challenge for self-improvement

Confirming its utmost commitment to the inclusion of diversities and respect for human rights and equal opportunities, the FS Group signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles in March 2020, as defined by the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women.

These principles represent guidelines on which companies can base concrete actions aimed towards achieving gender equality and women’s empowerment, committing to promotion and ensuring professional development, safety, well-being and health for all workers in a transparent manner. The principles underline the importance of corporate action in promoting gender equality and enabling women to have greater power.

Signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles represents an important step for the FS Group along the path taken to promote gender inclusion and the development of female talent, in all its realities and across all levels of the organisation.

The seven Women’s Empowerment Principles

  1. Establish high-level corporate leadership for gender equality
