The Shareholders' Meetings of the companies RFI, Trenitalia, Anas, Italferr, Busitalia, FS Sistemi Urbani, Ferservizi and FS International - wholly owned subsidiaries of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane - were held.
RFI’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Chairwoman, Paola Firmi, and nominated Aldo Isi as CEO to replace outgoing members Dario Lo Bosco and Gianpiero Strisciuglio. The term of office will expire with the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
Trenitalia’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Member of the BoD, Gianpiero Strisciuglio, as CEO, to replace the outgoing Member Luigi Corradi. The term of office will expire with the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
Anas’ Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2025-2027, and nominated Giuseppe Pecoraro as Chairman and Claudio Andrea Gemme as CEO.
Italferr’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2025-2027, and nominated Dario Lo Bosco - who is leaving RFI’s presidency - as CEO.
Busitalia’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2025-2027, and nominated Flavio Nogara as Chairman and Serafino Lo Piano as CEO.
FS Sistemi Urbani’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2025-2027, and nominated Maria Rosa Sessa as Chairwoman and Matteo Colamussi as CEO.
Ferservizi’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Member of the BoD Stefano Cervone as CEO. The term of office will expire with the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
FS International’s Shareholders' Meeting appointed Luigi Corradi - who is leaving Trenitalia’s presidency - as Sole Director for the three-year period 2025-2027.
