When registering for the first time, remember that the CV consists of a number of mandatory fields marked with * that must be completed (e.g. name, last name, domicile country, etc.). There are also other fields that do not have to be filled in (e.g. railway qualifications).

You can enter your professional experience in the “Professional Details” section. If you do not have professional experience, simply activate the flag on “First work experience”. The “Main profession” field should be populated with the main job you have done during in the course of your career.

By clicking on “Dashboard” (tab next to the photo), you can view the information missing from the profile. Completion is optional as this information is not mandatory.

In addition to filling in the required information, you must also upload your CV in PDF format. When you have finished entering your details, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your application has been successfully registered in our system. This is the main recruitment channel for all our staff.

Once entered, your CV and/or any subsequent changes made to it will be displayed for the next 12 months.

The selection process cannot be activated if your CV is not on our company information system.

Our careers site is the only channel for collecting job applications. Also, putting your application online makes it available to us for 12 months.

So feel free to put your application online and keep it constantly updated by accessing the Update your CV section.

The online assessment is one of the steps in our selection process, which requires you to complete certain tests. Please note that you will be asked to do the online assessment only if your profile is of interest for a job opportunity.

We advise you to always check your Spam folder as well. You can still view the test access key in the reserved area (online CV) under Notifications>Messages.

If your profile is of interest for a job opportunity, you will be contacted by email. We therefore advise you to always check your Spam folder as well.

By accessing your personal area you can carry out certain operations independently:

• edit your profile;
• modify login details;
• manage notifications/consents;
• update your CV;
• store files;
• update your cover letter;
• delete your account/CV.

In your personal area you can view, edit or delete key elements of your CV that the system analyses through the semantic search engine. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password” on the login page. By entering the email address you provided when filling in your CV you can proceed with the recovery steps.

The online form can be filled out using the main browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.).

It has been found that with the Firefox browser, problems can occur with the display of particular characters. 

To overcome these problems, change the browser options by replacing the Unicode character with another character from “Character encoding”.

In your Reserved area you will find the "Delete account/cv" option in the drop-down menu.

If you are unable to delete your account yourself, please write to HelpDeskRecruitment@fsitaliane.it with "Delete profile" in the subject line.

Please use the appropriate form to send your application. CVs not sent through official company channels will not be taken into consideration.

By accessing your reserved area in the “Manage notifications/consent” section, you can independently decide whether to keep or remove the optional consent given during registration.

After receiving the applications, the profiles most in line with the position available will be selected and invited to start the selection process.

FS Group Companies do not hold public competitions. Recruiting is done via private selection processes carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and based on the criteria of transparency, efficiency and non-discrimination, aimed at identifying the persons who, within the pool of applicants, meet the requirements and characteristics required for the position to be filled, if any, after passing the selection tests carried out by the Companies.

To take part in our selection procedures, pursuant to Law 68/99, please fill in the online form, indicating that you belong to the protected categories.

In order to complete the selection process and enter employment in activities to maintain the safety of operation and traffic in the railway sector, it is necessary to be in possession of the general and special psychological and/or physical requirements indicated in the relevant sector and in EU and national regulations listed on the appropriate page "Physical requirements" of the Careers section.

The FS Group's personnel selection and recruitment procedures are carried out, according to organisational needs, in compliance with applicable regulations and are based on the criteria of transparency, efficiency and non-discrimination. They comply with the provisions in force concerning the requirements for personnel used in activities related to the safety of train circulation and railway operations. Applicants must necessarily meet these requirements at the time of recruitment for these roles. Since special expertise is required for the conduct of these medical examinations, the company refers them to competent medical-legal facilities. It is therefore not possible to give opinions or advice away from company premises or not involving the competent persons, but you may, if you wish consult specialists you trust for advice.
