We have been using social networks since 2010 to provide clear information and keep an active dialogue with our followers.

We use Twitter to offer real time updates on events and corporate activities. Over time, it has become a privileged channel for interacting with our stakeholders, while Instagramwith its more immediate, emotional use of images and videos, gives us a way to get our followers more familiar and involved with FS Italiane Group events, initiatives and news.

On 1 December 2021, ViaggiaTreno was added to FS Italiane’s Twitter ecosystem, as an account created in synergy with Trenitalia to accompany passengers with real-time information on circulation along with in-depth sections on the services available on the trains and in the stations.

Thanks to our Telegram channel, along with Twitter, we keep our followers informed about company updates and news. We use Facebook, through RailPost, to illustrate our approach to sustainability and social responsibility, using a more direct language and stories from people who put themselves out there every day, and want to share their experiences.

On Linkedin we share interesting news, that help describe how a large and wide-ranging holding like ours works, as well as providing information and new job possibilities within Group companies. On Issuu we publish our magazines, publications and other Group documents. 

On YouTube, we offer a selection of the most important videos about the initiatives and projects of the holding and the other FS Italiane Group companies.

Lastly, our Flickr album has pictures of our trains and staff, and all about the long history of the railway that has united our country since 1905.
