The General Meeting of Centostazioni, after resignation of the members of the previous Board of Directors of the Company, has approved the appointment of the new Board of Directors, namely Roberto Mannozzi (President), Maria Rosaria Gradilone, Stefano Pierini, Gianfranco Pignatone, Sara Venturoni.
The new Board, in charge until the General Meeting for the approval of the balance sheet of 31 December 2017, appointed Sara Venturoni as CEO of the Company.
The new management of the company is the last step related to regain the 100% of Centostazioni company by FS Italiane.
