Naples Central Station receives around 137 thousand visitors a day and 50 million a year, making it a vitally important interchange for the entire domestic railway network, with 390 train arrivals per day. It is located in Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, between Corso Meridionale and Corso Arnaldo Lucci.

This Railway Hub comprises surface station “Naples Central” and the underground station “Piazza Garibaldi”, with two tracks used for the metropolitan service and two for the FS network. The “Circumvesuviana” station is also located under Corso Lucci.
